Prof. Abdullah bin Nasser Al-Salmi

Chairman of the Sharia Committee

Professor of Graduate Studies at the Higher Judicial Institute, member of several Sharia boards in various financial and other institutions. He has participated in numerous scientific conferences and seminars, as well as arbitration, Sharia, and legal consultations. He has authored several books in Islamic jurisprudence and its principles, and has extensive advisory experience, including in the study of banking regulations.

Dr. Fahad bin Badi Al-Murshidi

Member of the Sharia Committee

Expert in Islamic finance and a member of multiple Sharia boards. He has contributed to various conferences and seminars, authored research and publications on contemporary financial transactions, and has extensive involvement in Islamic finance-related events.

Dr. Anas bin Abdulrahman Al-Maiman

Member and Secretary of the Sharia Committee

Professor of Sharia Policy and member of several supervisory Sharia boards. He has actively contributed to both local and international conferences and seminars related to Islamic finance, and has published academic research in both Arabic and English.
